What can I sell at Carlisle Antique Fest?

We are excited to welcome vendors selling antiques, vintage, collectibles, up-cycled creations, art, handmade, unique finds, fashion, furniture, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Vendors focused on mass-produced or new retail merchandise will not be approved.

What is the expected attendance?

Spring 2026 will be our very first show and we are very optimistic about the turnout. We encourage our vendors and future attendees to spread the word about our event. Please join our facebook page for updates.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

The price of vendor space varies from $120 - $400, depending on where you choose to set up. There are a variety of spaces available--field space, field space with electric, pavilion space, tent space, or building space. Submitting a vendor application is free. Once you're approved, you have the option to select and pay for a vendor space.

Where do I park?

All vendors and attendees must enter and exit through Gate 3. Parking will be available on the fairgrounds. Vendors are permitted to park within their assigned field space. Reasonable accommodations for mobility and accessibility needs are available upon request.

Can I camp at the fairgrounds?

Vendors are permitted to camp on site. We suggest purchasing the site adjacent to your vendor space. Please be aware that the electric hookup is limited. The fairgrounds does have bath houses and a dump station on site. If you are camping, please be respectful of other vendors and attendees--obviously.
