We're looking for quality vendors!

We are excited to welcome vendors selling antiques, vintage, collectibles, up-cycled creations, art, handmade, unique finds, fashion, furniture, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Vendors focused on mass-produced or new retail merchandise will not be approved.

Submitting the application is FREE. The application process simply helps us weed out unrelated vendors. Once approved, vendors are able to select their vendor space. The vendor spaces range from $120 - $400--which covers the entire weekend.

The spaces vary, depending on where you choose--please refer to the key on the map when your application is approved. The fairground map advertises field spaces as 10x30, however, these sizes are approximate and vary depending on terrain. The space sizes in the tent, pavilion, and building are indicated on the map.

Only specific spaces offer electric. When viewing the map, electric panels are noted by the gray circles. Select booth spaces surrounding the gay circles will indicate in the details whether they offer electric. Please note that ELECTRICITY IS LIMITED on the fairgrounds. A majority of the electric panels offer the equivalent of a household outlet and it is shared among the spaces. Be courteous—one vendor drawing too much power will affect other vendors.

ONLY vendors are permitted to camp on site. They MUST PURCHASE a space adjacent their vending site. Please note that ELECTRICITY IS LIMITED on the fairgrounds. A majority of the electric panels offer the equivalent of a household outlet. When viewing the map, electric panels are noted by the gray circles.

All vendors must enter and exit through Gate 3. During the hours of setup, vendors will be permitted to access their vendor space and unload. After setup, vendors are allowed to park in their purchased space or outside the show field perimeter. These areas will be clearly designated for vendors. Reasonable accommodations for mobility and accessibility needs are available upon request.

Yes, vendors can use their own tents for coverage. We require that tents are staked and secured. If you would like to rent a tent, you can rent a tent through High Peak Tent Rentals. Their phone number is: (717) 258-8006. If pre-ordered, it will be set up at your space upon arrival. 

No. Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs. Tables and chairs can be rented through either Carlisle Fairgrounds (717) 243-7855 or High Peak Tent Rental (717) 258-8006. If pre-ordered, they will be waiting at your space upon arrival. 

The grounds are entirely fenced in. In addition to cameras, the grounds are patrolled overnight. The most secure area is Building T. It is locked down and alarmed every night at show closing. With that stated, we do not guarantee the safety or security of any property left at any site, on grounds or off grounds, at any time

Due to liability, only staff are permitted to use golf carts on the grounds. 

We strongly advise against bringing your pet to an event. With that said, we do permit pets, however, only under the following guidelines: Pets should be leashed at all times; and provide them with food/water/shade. Pick up and dispose of their waste; and keep them away from other pets and patrons. No pets in the Food Court. Do not leave your pets in your vehicles at any time. Pets must have current vaccines and licenses. Your pet must be under your control at all times. You are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your pet or as the owner, will result in expulsion from the event without refund.
