Visitor Information:

We are excited to welcome vendors offering quality antiques, vintage goods, collectibles, handmade creations, and other thoughtfully curated merchandise. Our goal is to create an event with something for every shopper and collector, showcasing a wide variety of unique, interesting, and timeless finds.

To maintain the character of Carlisle Antique Fest, vendors primarily selling mass-produced or new retail merchandise, home improvement services, or MLM products will NOT be approved.

Submitting the application is FREE. The application process simply helps weed out unrelated vendors. Once approved, vendors are able to access the venue map. Vendor spaces range from $150 - $325. The price is determined by location and availability of electricity. 

The vendor spaces vary at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. The outdoor spaces are approximately 10' by 30'. The indoor spaces are 10' by 15'.

Outdoor spaces with electricity are designated on the vendor map. The spaces in Building T have electricity outlets available in the floor. It's suggested that vendors bring extension cords.

There is camping available at the fairgrounds. If additional space is needed to park a camper, vendors are expected to purchase a second space. Please note that electricity is limited and every electric location on the map is the equivalent of a household outlet.

Vendors can park on their site or outside the show field limits. 

No. Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs. Tables and chairs can be rented through Eventeny. As the event draws closer, this link will be made available. 

Our inaugural show in Spring of 2026 attracted 2500 visitors. We encourage our vendors and future attendees to spread the word about our events. Please join our facebook page for updates.
