Despite the name, Carlisle Antique Fest is about more than just antiques. Our November event celebrates the nostalgia of finding the perfect gift, and we're looking for vendors with quality, thoughtfully curated merchandise. We'd love to have you join us this November at the Carlisle Expo Center in Carlise, PA!
We are excited to welcome vendors offering quality antiques, vintage goods, collectibles, handmade creations, and other thoughtfully curated merchandise. Our goal is to create an event with something for every shopper and collector, showcasing a wide variety of unique, interesting, and timeless finds.
To maintain the character of Carlisle Antique Fest, vendors primarily selling mass-produced or new retail merchandise, home improvement services, or MLM products will NOT be approved.
Submitting the application is FREE. The application process simply helps weed out unrelated vendors. Once approved, vendors are able to access the venue map. Vendor spaces range from $175 - $225. The price is determined by location and availability of electricity.
The vendor spaces in the Carlisle Expo Center are 12' by 10'--with 12' being the frontage.
Only rows B and D offer electric and electricity is limited. Vendors are advised to bring their own extension cords.
Unlike events hosted at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, there is no camping available at the Carlisle Expo Center.
Vendors can utilize the Carlisle Expo Center parking lot.
No. Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs. Tables and chairs can be rented through Eventeny.
Our inaugural show in Spring of 2026 attracted 2500 visitors. We encourage our vendors and future attendees to spread the word about our events. Please join our facebook page for updates.
